We are always looking for volunteers to expand Covid Safe Furs throughout the worldwide fandom. Our most basic activity is handing out masks and tests at conventions—one of the simplest ways to make a difference. We can help get you the masks and tests, too! If you have the means, you can learn to build air filters for public use. You can even host your own edition of the Covid Safe Furs panel! If you’re interested, reach out and we can make it happen.

We do not accept monetary donations at this time; instead, we encourage you to find and support your local mask bloc! Your money can make a great deal of impact there for vulnerable populations in your community.

We are sometimes able to accept donations of N95 masks and tests, but generally we are in greater need of reach than supplies. If you have masks and tests, we’re happy to offer guidance on how to distribute them to your local community (whether furry or not).

If you have any special skills you think you could contribute (such as writing or art), please get in touch and we can discuss! Volunteer work is deeply appreciated, but if you have an idea for paid work, I’m happy to discuss that as well.
